Listen to a sample of “Twister” from “House of Punk” ft. Teeda, S-48 and Animal-K!
Following our previous two posts about House of Punk, the first introducing the album and the second featuring the Vein PV, I am *extremely* happy to say that we can now listen to samples from the entire album on Loud 69 Punx’s Myspace!
Yes! This means that you can also listen to Track #10 - Twister ft. Teeda, S-48 and Animal-K! I can definitely say (from the sample) that this is one song that I do like (along with Vein of course) - in which Teeda raps along with S-48 to a simple but da*ned catchy track! It’s a huge pity the sample is only 45 seconds long, but this just makes me press the repeat button alot more! What do you think of the track and the other songs on the album?
The song samples have been provided courtesy of T-star Entertainment, the label behind the House of Punk album, and their website features profile sections for each of the major artists, including one for Teeda. The highlight *has* to be the hand-written message from Teeda, which you can see below!

I think his handwriting looks pretty cool even if I can’t quite read/comprehend the second sentence. But Teeda does say something like ‘I am the next generation, but (also) the previous generation’. If you do know what Teeda has written here, please let us know! :D
Finally, if you would like to listen to the sample of Twister on-the-go, you can download the file below, courtesy of T-star Entertainment.

‘Vein’ featuring Hero, 冠, ANIMAL-K,T2LOW - PV from ‘House of Punk’
As promised in the last post about House of Punk, today’s post focuses on a PV video of one of the tracks from the collaboration album! Alas, it’s not the song featuring Teeda, but I really do like it, and I hope you’ll agree that it is definitely a track worth introducing after you read the introduction and watch the video! :)
The song, Vein, features Hero (Dogma) as the vocalist (and MC), 冠 (The Kanmuri) as the main MC, and T2LOW(Skunkrice, LD69PX) as the ‘Track maker’. Animal-K is also credited for (I believe) his role as the Producer. If you’re interested in learning more about all the artists working on the album, you can visit Loud69Punx’s Myspace for a detailed list of credits!
Moving on to the track Vein itself, I just have to reiterate that I love it.

Teeda’s collaboration with other artists: “HOUSE OF PUNK featuring 69 REMIX”
Back-on do have a history of collaborating with other bands (e.g. with G.F.S on Taneuma) and, as one of the main driving forces behind the band, one can only expect Teeda to also individually collaborate with other artists at some point! So I’m happy to say that a new CD has just been released: HOUSE OF PUNK featuring 69 REMIX which features the track (#10) Twister by MC.Teeda, S48 and Animal-K!
The album, released on June 20th 2007 (and is also known as just ‘House of Punx‘) contains 15 tracks with contributions from multitudinous individuals who, like Teeda are also part of other bands. This includes the core producers of the album, who are also known collectively as Loud 69 Punx.
The list of individual artists includes (band name is within brackets, info courtesy of TowerRecords.jp):

- Akiko (Acid Head Some Rise)
- Animal-K/Jyu, Ataru and Yoshio/Doc-Rox (Uzumaki)
- Chu (Chokesleeper)
- EIG and 43K (Possibility)
- Hero (Dogma)
- Jesse (Rize)
- Ju-nn (Deltabush)
- Kojima,Satoshi and 武史[Takeshi] (山嵐 [Yamaarashi])
- Takuma
- Teeda (BACK-ON)
- Sigma (LD69PX)
- T2LOW (Skunkrice, LD69PX)
- Kai (THC!!)
- Kohshi (Flow)
- Moteki (g-freak factory)
- Naoki (ロットングラフティー [Rotten-Graffity])
- Reishi
- S-48/Shinji (Killingskill48)
- 冠 [Kanmuri] (The Kanmuri)
- 来門 [Raimon] (smorgas)
- マシューまさるバロン [Matthew Masaru Barron/Matthew Barron] (Hard Time Ballers)
Now that we’ve gone through the (rather extensive!) list of artists, aside from the fact that the CD retails at a price of ¥ 2500, has the catalogue number TSE-001 and is produced by T-star Entertainment (website is currently down, but apparently this is an Indie label) we arrive at yet another long list - the tracklisting…
