Unfortunately, it's a little short (a third of the interview is 'Chain' playing, and also 'a day dreaming...') in terms of the actual 'interview' (back in July 2007) and they really only talk about 'Chain' and it doesn't really reveal anything new that we didn't already know, but it's still BACK-ON, so there!

p/s: In Mandarin and Japanese (clearly, this is when the band speak ) I think it's mostly a quick promotional thing to get their name out to listeners, so it's very introductory.

Forum upgrade on Sunday, 10th August 2008

MyBB 1.4 has just been released with a whole new set of functions and a lot of improvements 'under-the-hood', and our plan is to upgrade the forums this weekend (Sunday) so that everyone can benefit from the new interface!

I'm still checking to see if the plugins and the template that we're using are all compatible with the new version, but everything is looking good so far with the ones I've tested. Of course, the actual transition will be a little worrying (the database size of the forums is too large for me to download and test on my local server ) but I'm fairly certain it will all go well.

Anyway, this means that the forums will be closed for a few hours whilst we try and upgrade the forum software. I will send an email out again later on this evening with more details, but if you can't access the forums for a while tomorrow, fear not. Another email will be sent out again once the forums are up and running, fingers crossed with the new forum software!

Beijing Olympics 2008 - What are you following?

With only a few short hours until the opening ceremony starts in Beijing, will you be following the Olympics?

If so, what events are you looking forward to?

My favourite events have to be track, some of the field, some of the gymnastics, the occasional hockey (field rather than ice ^^) and a few others that happen to capture the imagination (during one of the other winter Olympics, Curling suddenly became 'the big thing' because the UK won Gold in the end.)

Can't wait till the start of the opening ceremony! It's supposed to be the best, ever!

Ok, so I just *had* to create this thread seeing as I enjoyed the movie ... alot! We saw the 8:30 pm showing, so it was quarter-past 11 by the time we got out. Quite intensive! Just when I thought it was going to end, it kept going.

Heath Ledger was amazing, but I have to admit, Christian Bale is an awesome Batman! I haven't seen the first movie yet though, but some tell me it's really good, but not as dark.

Back-on working on theme music for "Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2"!

Back-on will be composing the theme music for the upcoming PSP game called Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2!

The news was released on their website quite a few days ago, and was confirmed by this article (scroll down to almost the bottom!) and apparently they've been tasked with the themes 'Light' and 'Wind' for the piece. Me thinks this isn't going to be too hard for the band

The trailer doesn't show much, but it seems the game is set for a winter release by 'Bandai Namco'.

well it's finally there: the PV of Kelun, the 8th bleach opening song. Normally I don't like bands that hangs too close with pop (but then again...j-pop is much better for your ears and eyes than pop from the rest of the world).

it's a very cool song! the PV is good but not mindblowing. Other great songs they made are "Signal", "shuna" and sixteen girl".

PS: Kelun was formerly known as Utari. They changed their name to Kelun

They definitely fall under my Top 3 favorite Japanese bands.
