Back-on Online Forums

I'm currently testing out a new plugin 'Users online today' which appears at the bottom of the forum index page. As per the name, the plugin shows the users that have visited the forum today.

Do you think this is something that would add to the forums, or is it a big no-no? Please do leave a comment or vote for your thoughts!
