Thanks for all your comments everyone! ;) I’m really glad that the new song is giving all of us the right vibes; I’ve read a little about the IAMS controversies, but I suppose any publicity for an animal centre/shelter is good news~

@Jessica: Hope you’ve had a chance to watch the other videos (I think there are 3 or 4 in total – day by day) and wondered if you thought it was an accurate description of day-to-day work at a shelter? I would love to have volunteered in a veterinary clinic!

@David: Gotta love French! Do you know BACK-ON are coming to Germany for Connichi? Thank you for your support!

@Anthony: The song really reminds me of ‘flyaway’ as well; at least it is closer to what BACK-ON have released recently than their earlier sound.

Oh wow, I’m so grateful that this documentary was brought to my attention. As a huge animal lover (I work at a veterinary clinic and have volunteered at shelters), this video made me really happy and sad at the same time. Since I was paying more attention to the video content the first time, I played it again just to listen to the song. I really, really like it and it appears to fit thematically (sound wise) as well in regards to the documentary. Despite some of the concerns that I have with IAMS’ reputation, I’m really happy that BACK-ON done something like this.
